Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you explain more about the issue? I've checked your account and noticed that you're under a Guest account. There's also no other account associated with the email address that you are using now. Are you referring to your other Jotform account? Can you please provide us the username or email address associated with it, so we can check it?

But, if you are referring to your Guest account, please be reminded that Guest accounts are temporary accounts with one-time login only. Once you log out, the session expires also and forms are deleted automatically. If you want to have a permanent account and forms, you will have to sign up on this link.
