My account got suspsended

    I was making an onboarding from for my clients to onboard to my AI appointment automation service. This delay has caxue issues with me getting by clients profiles set up please help me get my account reactivated.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry that this is happening. I checked your account and saw that your account is suspended due to collecting of Login Credentials (Form ID: 241285626982163). Note that this is not allowed because it is against our Terms of Use.

    My account got suspsended  Image 1 Screenshot 20For us to reactivate your account, we removed the offending fields from your forms. Your account is now reactivated and we've whitelisted your IP address. You should be able to log back in now.
