I've integrated my form with my Business Google Drive Account. I see the folder is automatically created, but after the form is filled out and submitted, nothing ever appears in the folder in my Google Drive.

I have cloned your form, integrated it with Google Drive and submit the form, then I received the files on my Google Drive account.
Can you please try to re-integrate your form with Google Drive and re-check it with a test submission? If re-integration does not help, please let us know.
