reactivate account please

    Thank you. I am trying to use my account. I don't recall doing anything strange. Is there a danger here?

I checked the account associated with your email and saw that it was suspended due to Loan/Credit Applications to the form named Business Loan Application Form. To reactivate your account, you will need to comply with our Terms of Use and allow us to delete the offending form named Business Loan Application Form. Would you comply with our Terms of Use and allow us to remove the offending fields?
