Task: How to Add a Form Limit

so i directed my friend to click on the link and she did and created an account which likes but my account does not allow me to create a new form

why is this so cumbersome

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry that you are having difficulties with this. Are you asking about the task of increasing the Form Limits of your account? If yes, I checked your account and I don't see a successful referral on it.

Can you tell us how you shared the referral link? I will also show you how to do the task properly:

1. On the My Forms page, hover over your mouse to the Profile Avatar at the upper right side of the page and click Settings.

2. Click on Increase Limits on the left side of the screen.

3. Complete the tasks on this page and you will be able to increase the Monthly Submissions Limit and Form Limits of your account.

Take note that the invited user must use the referral link and create a Jotform account then verify the account's email address.
