Multiple users have reported that they
fill out our form, press Submit and the form disappears. It does not appear in our database. Some had this experience after attempting to pay, using the Square integration. But others have it without paying. The one submission that got through did so without paying (payment is marked as optional in Settings).

Hello Julia,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Upon checking, it shows that you have multiple forms in your account which has multiple submissions. Can you please send us the link of the form that has issues?
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

Thanks for getting back to us and providing us with the Form URL. I cloned and tested your form, but I wasn't able to replicate the issue. Take a look at the screenshot below:
I've cleared your form cache on our server to refresh your form. Please try to clear your browser cache and re-integrate your form into your Square account and see how it goes.
