You made an auto renew I did not authorize. Please cancel!

    Hello there,

    Jotform auto renewed our subscription. We do not need this subscription renewed. Our event concluded in November 2023. We are a not for profit and have very limited resources. We are quite distressed that this has been renewed without our permission. I beg you to please cancel our subscription and issue a full refund. The auto renew was made on May 6, 2024. It is a large amount we truly cannot afford and will not be using Jotform at all this year. Please call me to resolve this issue. My number is 604-657-6975.

Please fill out the refund request form on this page. Also indicate if you want to cancel your subscription and go back to Starter plan.

    Thanks for getting back to us. All subscriptions auto renews on the renewal date, unless you canceled the subscription before the renewal. You must fill out the form on this page to request for a refund.
