Jotform app is crashing on an iPad device

    the mobile app will crash as soon as we try to open. This has happened on 2 different devices after we've reset, and updated the iPad and app.

    Hi Carissa,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I tested the Jotform Mobile app on an iPad device to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

    Can you try to uninstall and re-install the app? If the issue persists, please share the exact make and mode of the device and the iOS version of it.

    I am having the same issue running iPadOS 15.8.2 on an iPad Air 2 (was working last week). I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and still the same issue. Open app, immediately crashes. However, Jot is working on my android tablet.

    Hi Carissa,

    Thanks for getting back to us. We don't have the exact device to reproduce the issue but I tested the form using an iPad Air device and I was still not able to reproduce the issue.

    The issue can be related to the others apps that are installed on the affected device. Are you able to take a screen recording showing the issue? You can upload the video to Google Drive or Dropbox and share the file link here.

    Hi Carissa,

    Sorry for the issue you've faced. We've updated the Jotform Mobile app to the new version 2.9.52.

    Could you update your app to the latest version?

    The same crashing issue is happening to me. I’ve tried doing all of the suggested and nothing works. I have plenty of storage space on all of my devices.
