Need assistance with upgrading back to Premium

    I originally subscribed to the Premium service.  Recently, my credit card was cancelled due to a fraudulent charge, so I need to change my payment info to reflect my new credit card number.  I was not able to locate a place on the Jotform website to make this change, so I downgraded to the "Basic" service, in hopes that I could then click to upgrade back to "Premium" and enter my credit card information.

    I rec'd an email confirming my downgrade to "Basic", but the "My Account" section still shows that I have the 
    "Premium" service.  So I still cannot enter my new payment information.

    Please help -- I just want to submit new credit card information so that my Premium service is not interrupted.

    I think you have just made it, I can see that you are downgraded to the basic free plan and upgraded again to our premium plan. I assumed that you have now used the new credit card information. If you find any issues with regards to this, please let us know.
