Log In Help

Please help --- I cannot remember our login and our previous email has changed, so I am not getting the log in reset email.

Latitude Seafood is the form and we still get emails. 

Please provide us with the following.

Do you know the email address that was used to create the account?
Do you know the Form URL of any form that was created using that account?

We can change the email address of the account to contact@latitudeseafoodco.com.
Please create a new ticket at https://www.jotform.com/contact using that email if you want to change the email of the account to that email. This way you will be able to reset the password.
