Refund Request

    I am writing to request a refund for the number of months the jotform service went unused. I signed up for jotform last Fall for a charity event I ran to raise money for Georgetown University's NICU. Jotform worked great and I enjoyed using the service. The last month we used the service was November (2011). However, I paid for the service through November of this year (2012). I mistook the autocharge on my credit card for a web hosting charge that I am still using. I appreciate your consideration in refunding the 12 months of jotform service I did not use. I will be sure to sign up for jotform the next time we host the charity event (Spring or Fall 2013). Thank you, Lexa (username: lexa1999)

    We always honor our 30 day money back guarantee , as well as requests for refund with 30 days of the last payment. Unfortunately, your requests goes beyond this policy.

    However, I have refunded the last payment that was made back in Oct 13, though it is beyond 30 days. Please have in mind that you can cancel a subscription anytime .
