Attempting to edit a form and all I get is a blank page.

This is the form I am attempting to edit and cannot. Any guidance would be appreciated.

I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. Unfortunately I am able to reproduce the issue. Will escalate this to our next level so they can take a closer look on this. I have cloned your form and loaded it with V3 builder and it's working fine. Seems the Mobile Responsive Widget is the one causing your page to load empty on our current V4 builder.

Please access your form in V3 by using this link: https://www.jotform.com/?formID=81235440315144. Afterwards, delete the Mobile Responsive Widget at the top of the form.

I have reviewed the form on desktop and mobile after removing the widget and it's looking fine so far.

Once you've deleted the widget, you can edit/view the form normally as you've done before.

That works. But now that I no longer have the mobile responsive widget, will it still be and can this issue be fixed on V4 version?

Your form is still mobile responsive. All of our forms are now mobile responsive. Here's a screencast of my test:
