We do not want the customer to receive an email

    we have a text box so we can add the email address of the customer, its a plain text box with no conditions or anything like that my question is when we add the customers email and send the quote.. the customer receives the actual quote, we do not want the customer to receive that we just want the email it keep on file only is there any way to avoid sending the emails

    I believe you're referring to the autoresponder email. You can delete it in the Email Settings page. Here's a screencast guide that you can follow:

    KEY MAKE FROM SCRATCH All form

    I inspected your "KEY MAKE FROM SCRATCH All" form and it does not have an Autoresponder email. It has 4 email Notifications that are conditional. Email Notification will be sent if conditions are met to the email addresses that are set inside of the conditions. 


    I assume that the issue is related to the (E-Mail) field. I checked your form submissions and email logs and I saw that the emails were sent to the email addresses that were entered inside of the mentioned field for the first 5 form submissions. However, the email was not sent to the email address that was entered for the latest form submissions so I assume that you were able to resolve the issue.

    Just to be sure, I tested your form and I did not receive an email to my email address that I entered inside of the (E-Mail) field. 

    Can you please confirm if the issue is resolved?
