We submitted our non-profit information a week ago and we have not received any status on that request. Could you please advise us of the next step? We can re-submit - if needed. It was in the organizational name of Hospice Cleveland County. Thank you for your assistance with this.

I am unable to find any account under the phil.reid@hospicecares.cc email.
In order to find your account we will need you to provide any of the following:
1) Account username
2) Email address associated with your account
3) Any form URLs in your account
Once we find your account we will run a check on your nonprofit status.
