How to make a form to fit in a WordPress theme?

We use Medica Lite a WordPress theme.  The form is not wide enough to show all of the text in the form.  We removed the sidebar widget, however, the form did not expand/widen to show in full screen.  Any suggestions.

Also, it will not allow me to use or turn on the smart embed option.  

Please provide us with the web page link where the form is embedded so that we can take a look and guide you in the right direction. If you need to increase the width of the form, you may change it from the Form Designer.
