Confusion on pricing - I upgraded but it's telling me I need to upgrade

    Hi -

    A month back I signed up for your $9.95 plan.  Now I'm getting a notice that I've nearly reached my limit of 100 submissions per month.  But I thought my $9.95 allowed me to exceed that.  


    So for $9.95/month what am I paying for?  Just storage of old forms?

    Yes, you are very close to your monthly limit. You used 91 of 100 submissions. Look at the photo and you will see what I am talking about.

    I could not find in the billing record where you've paid $9.95 except only the Storage Yearly plan. If you can provide us a reference number, we'd be able to check it here.

    By the way, it is not possible to have 2 subscriptions at a time. If you are going to upgrade to the Bronze plan, your Storage plan will be canceled with a prorated refund.

    Just FYI, Storage plan is almost similar to the Free plan, they all have the same monthly submissions limit except the submissions storage.

    I guess we only paid for the storage plan. How does my $50 get credited towards an upgraded plan?

    You can just go to pricing page and upgrade to desired plan. The charge from the Storage plan that you paid will be automatically prorated so you will be charged the difference only.
