I received a booking email twice

    hi there

    just got 2 emails from you guys when i didn't sign up to anything

    I checked our email logs and what I see are two emails in a form of an autoresponder. This type of email is sent by a certain form after a form user submits the said form. If you have filled up a form recently, it could be from that form who uses one of our services, from which it notifies you that the form owner has received your form submission and that in return it shows you the information that you have sent.

    Doesn’t really make sense as I don’t use it

    is it from somebody else? As I’ve never used this before

    That is where your email autoresponder came form. We have millions of users who use our form service. If you find the form familiar, what you have received is an email validating your form submission in letting you know that the form owner received your submission, and not as an existing user using our service. The form user just so happened did not change any contents in the email alert so it showed information about our service.
