I am unable to login to my account for SNAP Musical theatre. The "Sign in" button does not respond.

Sorry, but the account with this mail tenorteacher@gmail.com doesn't exist.
You can click on "forget password" and we will send you a new password to your email.

Strange! How can that be when this is the email that you send all of my notifications to?

Hello Karl-Erik,
If you have manually set your email notifications to the email address that you are currently using, that does not mean that it is also the same email address that you use for your account. For this reason, why although you keep on receiving email alerts on that email address, we are still unable to find a matching record to an account with the email that you have used.
Can you please provide us your username or a link to any of the forms that you have created or that is embedded on a web page so we can trace the account?

Ok, I tried a different address and that let me through. Thank you for your assistance!
