Payment Error: eWay Integration error - live gateway

    Hi,

    We are about to make one of our donation forms live and have switched over to using the live payment gateway for eWay. However when we submit the form we get the following message:

    Payment Error

    Unauthorised API Access, Account Not PCI Certified, Invalid TransactionType, account not certified for eCome only MOTO or Recurring available

     

    I have confirmed with eWay that everything is correct with our account and I have regenerated a new Client Side Encryption key and updated the Jotform with it.

     

    The form in question is the Annual Giving 2018 form. 

     

    I have also tried removing and re-adding the payment gateway integration in the form, to no avail.

     

    Your urgent assistance would be much appreciated.

    Hello,

    We will gladly assist to resolve the issue you are experiencing. I have tested your form and was able to submit it without entering custom amount into payment field:

    I can see that eWay is capturing the calculated Total, which is involved into a broken conditional statement:

    Can you please fix or disable it so we could test your form again to replicate the error?

    Hi,

    I have resolved the conditionals on this form (currently disabled) as I am still having issues.  The form will not even submit, it just sits at Please Wait, this appears to only happen in Chrome.  

    Your assistance with this would be greatly appreciated.

    I submitted a test submission to your form using Google Chrome and I was not able to replicate the issue. I also submitted another test submission using Test Cards and I received a different Payment Error.

    Please try to clone this test form: https://form.jotform.com/81479395371973 and update the payment account credentials. After that, test it again and let us know if the issue still persists.
