    Hi,

the form I am creating needs to be filled in every day by users.

Most days the answers will not change much at all but there will be well over 50 check boxes on average (long but simple form) for them to select so I was hoping they could have the option to save a pre-submitted form as a template so the next day (could be a few weeks later if they are on holidays) they can bring up the form as previously completed and just change the date or a few items and then submit the form again.

I am aware of the ability to save a form before it is submitted for 24hrs to finish submitting but what I need is different to that option.

    Kind regards,

    Leah

Yes, it is possible to create this type of form using the Session method. Please take note that this method requires you to create 2 forms and use Page Breaks.

Kindly check this user guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/97-How-to-Save-Forms-and-Continue-Later.

I'm not sure if you know that it is possible for the user to edit their submissions. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/40-How-to-Let-Users-Update-Their-Form-Submissions-at-a-Later-Date.

Hope that helps. If you have any questions, let us know. Thank you.
