    Hi

I have tried wishbox on my site, all of its functions worked very well.

However I would like to ask if it is possible to disable the drawing tools available at the left side of the screenshot, but still having the screenshot and form available? Any other workaround would be fine too.

    Looking forward for your reply,

    Thanks a lot!

    Hi,

You cannot do this in JotForm Wishbox. Those drawing tools are part of the form's code.

The most I could suggest is to use the Feedback form embed (not the Wishbox), however this will make the screenshot image on the Feedback form static only. I mean you can only add an image in the form during design mode.

Hope this help. Please inform us if you have further inquiry.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

Thank you very much for your reply and suggestions.

After reading your suggestions I searched for the feedback forms you mentioned above and I understand that it allows us to add static images during form design.

However we still need to take screenshots from the users and send to us with the information they filled in the form.

Just wondering if any of the feedback forms(or other forms) can dynamically take screenshots just like wishbox does? (without any additional functions or tools included)

    Thanks.

    Hello,

Unfortunately, there is no other type of forms that can take screenshots. Wishbox is the only way to go, at least for now.

    Sorry about that.
