Do you still need help with this? Last I checked, it would seem that you have already updated your payment method because the recurring charge for this month went through successfully.

Jonathan with jotform chat walked me through updating my CC# in Plimus.....wish I knew that canceling with them and re-subscribing through jotform would switch me to the new payment system only on jotform.com. But now I know for next year :)
