    Hi Donald,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To be sure, are you trying to clone your approval flow from one form to another? If yes, you can clone the Approval Flow and add the new form to the clone of the Approval Flow. Let me walk you through the process:

    • Access the My Approvals page using the menu at the top of the page.

    • In the My Approvals page, click on the More button on the right of the Approval Flow.
    • Select Clone.

    • In the pop-up, select Clone approval flow.
    • Click Clone Approval.

    • You will be redirected to the builder of the cloned Approval Flow with blank forms. You can then add the forms that you want to include in the approval.

If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?

    Hi Donald,

Thanks for getting back to us. I checked the form Taxi VT Montreal and checked the emails and approval emails but I don't see the customer name added in the emails' subject line. So, I am still unsure of the issue. Can you provide more explanation of what you're trying to do? If you can take a screenshot of what’s happening, that will help us to better understand what’s going on. We have a guide about how to do that here.

After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

    Hi Donald,

Thanks for getting back to us. I believe you are referring to the sender name in the notification emails. You can change the sender name to the Name field on your form. So, when you reply to the notification email and the respondent replies, their name will show in the emails. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Settings at the top of the page.
    2. Click on Emails on the left.
    3. Hover your mouse on the notification email and click on the Pencil icon.Notification Email: Change the sender name Image 1 Screenshot 30
    4. Go to the Recipients tab.
    5. Select the Your Name field under Sender Name. Notification Email: Change the sender name Image 2 Screenshot 41

Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.
