IFTTT: Unable to integrate - could not connect error

I have been trying to connect Jotform to IFTTT but to no avail. It just brings up the message "could not connect"

I am trying to automatically sort submissions into different excel sheets based on the value of one of the answers.

I want to track bookings based on partners and display each partner's bookings in an excel sheet embedded in a webpage that they have access to.

Can you also try it in a browser private window, and/or different browsers to see if that makes any difference?

IFTTT successfully connects to JotForm on my end.
