    The "Conditions" set for all my "Forms" have just stopped working. They have been working fine and I just noticed that after clicking the submit button on the form, I am redirected to "Link Invalid" page instead of the link set in the conditions. I've manually checked the links and they are fine. The "Conditions" are just not working. Please Help!!! I'm losing business...

    Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconveniences you are facing.

    Our Developers are looking into the problem, and we hope to get it fixed shortly.

    Can you try to Clone affected form to see if the problem is solved on the cloned form?

    We will get back to you as soon as we get any updates on this.

    The Cloned Form worked! Do I have to clone all my forms? This would mean that I have to Change the Codes on all my pages of my website as well.

    The problem is related to the forms with Custom Thank You URLs.

    If you have some critical forms with Custom URLs, you may clone them and update related embed codes.

    Unfortunately, we can not move submissions between forms, but your old form entries should be accessible on the "old" form.

    Alternative, you may just wait, I think that our Developers should be able to sort this out quickly.

    I have created "Clones" of all my "Forms". I have not yet placed the embeded codes into my website. Should I just go ahead and do so or wait for the developers to solve the problem? Currently, my clients are unable to make appointments because the "Conditions" send them to my calendars for scheduling.

    You may go ahead and switch affected form(s), it is completely safe.

    Once the problem is fixed by our Developers, you may switch them back. We will make sure to update this thread as soon as it is fixed.

    Thank you very much for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

    @Guest,

    We are still working on this.

    If you have some really important forms with Custom Thank You URLs on them. Then, you may clone them using "Import from a web page" option, and update your web pages with new forms.

    @Suburban67,

    I hope that cloned forms are working fine for you. Thank you once again.

    ATTENTION: Only 2 out of my 5 forms that I have cloned works. 3 of the cloned forms still have the same problem. Conditions are not working.
