Bugs, bugs, bugs. Suddenly I have numerous issues with my form and the Jotform service itself

    Hi,

    1. I'm having a problem with my form. When checking off the "Per item (including corrections)" and Per item (excluding corrections) for instance, the text fields don't appear. It used to work perfectly previously, and the rules are setup as they should as you can see here:

These are just some of the fields that don't work, so I think there must be some problems in your backend.

Other issues that are probably related:

    2. Why do I suddenly have about 25 duplicates of the same rule inside the rule browser:

It wasn't a problem before (and I didn't create them), and it's probably related to the bug above.

    3. I can't duplicate my form (to make a backup). Cloning simply makes a blank untitled form, and I can't even see it under the Jotform form list either, even after having saved. Not so good when your form seems to have suddenly been messed up by itself (or one of your feature upgrades).

    4. Could you in some way automatically convert the seperate actions in the rule panel that apply to the same field, into one single multi action rule (your new feature) - see http://www.jotform.com/answers/38901-Can-I-hide-multiple-fields-based-on-a-single-conditional-response? It's always been a mess to have all the rules for the same field in seperate rules, and there isn't a really any reason to keep them seperately after this upgrade. Manually setting it all up again is very risky, when you're dealing with a complicated form.

Looking forward to hearing from you!

    Hi there,

Here are some answers to your questions:

'3. I can't duplicate my form (to make a backup). Cloning simply makes a blank untitled form, and I can't even see it under the Jotform form list either, even after having saved. Not so good when your form seems to have suddenly been messed up by itself (or one of your feature upgrades).

We apologize for the inconveninence.  However, we are experiencing a slight issue with this feature at the moment.  For now, you can clone your form using the form's URL .  Here is a guide that can help you with that:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-clone-an-existing-form-from-a-URL

Unfortunately, the answer to this would be no.

You would have to re-implement the conditions using the added feature.  As you have mentioned, we have added this in order to make things easier for the user by keeping all the actions for one field in one condition.  We assure you we are working hard to provide improvements to our service and product and hope you understand our limitations as well.

Please try to implement the logic to your form from scratch using this added feature.  If you need assistance with this, we'll be glad to help as always. Simply share the URL of the form and a description of the different conditions that you run into problems with.

    Hi Eduardo,

Thanks for the answers! The problems in 1. seem to have been resolved automatically. But issue 2 still is there. Why does it happen, and can I safely delete them? (I'm asking since I don't want to them, if it's a bug in rule the viewer only)

    Hi Anders,

This conditions issue should ultimately be fixed up by the dev team.

Is the form still functioning normally, or is the problem more than superficial?
