    After the form submit I can't get the custom thank you page to show. It stays on the same page without the form.

    Hi there, 

    The answer is yes, you can redirect your user to a custome thank you page.

    However, we are experiencing some issues today with the redirection.  They are temporary issues and should be resolved very soon.

    Here is a guide on how to accomplish the redirection:

    As of Tuesday 11/20 6am MST The thank you redirect page is not working

    Your Custom URL thankyou page looks to be working fine, here. 

    Is this correct? 

     

    If so, can you please try clearing your browser cache or even just testing in a different browser to see if the problem is persisting your end?
