I am unable to edit my form, it says I have to enable HIPAA.

Hi Ashley,
Thanks for waiting. Can you log out of your account and clear your browser's cache and cookies? Then log back into your account and see if the modal for the HIPAA appears. After this modal appears, please click the "Go back" button.
Then select the "No, I'm not a HIPAA-covered entity" option.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

I did try that, and it unfortunately did not give me access to my form.

'I'm not a HIPAA entity') but I am still unable to edit or access my form.
It did not take the lock off or the HIPAA upgrade required off.

Thanks for your patience. I have reached out to our relevant team regarding your issue. Our team found that the form is enabled by our system. Can you check your form again? If the form is still showing disabled, you can enable your form. Let me show you how:
- In My Forms page, select your disabled form.
- Click on More on the right.
- Click on Enable.
Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.
