    to be honest, I´ve no skills in programming webcode. I´m using Sitegrinder 3, a Photoshp plugin which generates sites out of Photoshop. I can embed the lightbox-code in Photoshop and it still works after deploying it, but I want it to start automatically, when I click on a graphical button. At the moment a link appears after clicking the graphical button-and I have to click again on the link to open the lightbox. Can u send me a modified lightbox-script which opens the lightbox when clicking the graphical button?

    Yours, Matthias

    Hi Matthias,

    May we know the website URL where you've embedded your lightbox form so we can further check what causes the form not to open on initial click? It must be a problem with the codes. Take note that lightbox form should open when its link is clicked once.

    We'll await your reply. Thanks!

    It does so in the "test-mode" in my browser! I´m building my homepage at the moment, it`s not published yet.

    But my problem is-I only want to click the graphical button on my "contact"-page to enter the form. but I need to open a second page with the jotform-script(its done by copy the java code(the lightbox-code) to a text layer with a so called hint(in this case "-embed"). It´s a workaround for this plugin "sitegrinder".

    And I want the second page starting the java-script of the jotform-lightbox automatically. Is it now more clear? Sorry, I´m not a native speaker...

    This is the screenshot of the graphical button which shall open the form. I cannot link the Java code to the button. I can only link to another page(with the script)

    I am not quite familliar with Sitegrinder but in order to link the lightbox to your existing contact us button, you only need to append the lightbox class e.g. lightbox-xxxxxxxxxxx on your existing contact us class.

    <script src="//max.jotfor.ms/min/g=feedback2" type="text/javascript">

    new JotformFeedback({

    windowTitle:'Contact Us,

    <a class="lightbox-23223212299953" style="cursor:pointer;color:blue;text-decoration:underline;">Contact Us</a>

    Let us know if you have further questions. Thanks!
