Feature request to use the Company's fields instead of creating a new contacts with the Hubspot integration

    Currently only only available import fields are for CONTACTS and while this is valuable equally important is the COMPANY Fields.

    E.g. Name, Cell, email would be CONTACT fields

    Company Name, AP Contact, Phone Number would all be really usuefull if applicable to COMPANY fields.


    Is there any chance that there might be availability of these fields

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I've checked out the screenshot you shared. Did you mean you are looking for the feature where you use the company's fields instead of contact fields in the integration of Jotform and HubSpot? Is this right? If this is correct, then the feature you are looking for isn't available right now. Do note that you can't create a deal through this integration without updating or creating a contact. Here is a guide you can check out.

    Once you let us know, we will have a more clear idea of your requirements.

    The integration for deals is fine, I was trying to get integration for COMPANY info in hubspot instead of JUST Contacts

    Thanks for getting back to us with the screenshot. I can understand that you wish to use the company option instead of the contacts while using the HubSpot integration. The feature you are looking for isn't available right now. Let me check if it's possible to raise the feature request on this. I'll get back to you with an update.

    Thanks for patiently waiting. I've got an update on your request. While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform. I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. When or if it's implemented depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
