E-Mail conditions disappeared and form not working.

    Hi,

    I have a form that has been running fine for many months now but all of a suddent all of my e-mail conditions have disappeared. Basically I have conditions set up whereby when a user submits a completed form I received an e-mail, they received a confirmation e-mail and a 3rd party received a copy e-mail. These have all now disappeared and on clicking submit the form now does not show the thank you page.

    As a point of note - I have tried re-applying the conditions and they are not saving. Also, this seems to be happening on ALL of my forms, not just one. I need this service restoring ASAP.
