I disabled my forms a few weeks ago since our registration was over, which majority of those registered did a 3month payment plan. I received an email from PayPal saying they were unable to process one of those payments. Would it be because I disabled the form? I just enabled it again just in case.

The payment plan will not stop even if you disable the form. You may check your payment processor or contact the user for more information about the payment plans.
