Please can you make my forms usable again? I do not need to be HIPPA compliant, yet my forms were flagged as needing this. YOU do not know what I need.
All the ones I need to use are the ones you turned off.
Thanks for turning them back on.

Hi luminaraserdar,
Thanks for your patience, we appreciate it. Our team has confirmed that you've selected the "No" in the HIPAA modal. Which means, your forms are active. Try to check your forms again and see if they're still locked.
Let us know if you have any other questions.

something to 'turn them on'?
they are all greyed out and when I try to publish the forms, it isn't
working.

Hi luminaraserdar,
Thanks for getting back to us. Your forms are no longer disabled due to HIPAA. You must enable the forms manually. Let me show you how:
- On your My Forms page, select the form you want to enable.
- Click More on the far right side of the selected form.
- Select Enable.
If you are in the Form Builder, you can also enable the form. Let me walk you through it:- In the Form Builder, go to the Settings tab.
- Under the Form Settings, click the Form Status option.
- Select Enabled from the dropdown. Then, click Save.
