Credit Card Authorization: Getting a message that the charge had already been made when completing the payments

    I have a few forms set to "authorize only" but when our Treasurer recently clicked on "charge customer now" he received a message that "the charge had already been made".  Could you take a look at this for us?

    I've included a link below to one of our forms.  There is a submission from Margaret Cepeda submitted on 6.18.18.

    I checked your form and I can see that the payment integration is configured correctly. It is possible that the authorization is already expired. However, you mentioned that it was submitted last June 8, 2018.

    May I ask if this is only happening on 1 submission or does it happens to others as well?

    Based on the error message you are getting, it is also possible that the payment was already authorized. Can you please check your Square payment dashboard and verify if you received the payment or not?
