Card Forms: How to copy a theme between accounts

There are 2 accounts (1x Free; 1x Paid)

I do testing and development on the free account and move them over to the paid account when they are ready for public consumption.

In the Free account I develop the forms using a custom company 'Image' Theme.

The forms are in the 'Card' style, not the 'Classic' style.

When I copy a form from the free account to the paid account, the theme seems embedded in the form. That's okay. ... But if I want to develop a new form on the PAID account, the theme is obviously not there.

I did not design the company form theme.

How do I copy the theme from the free account to the paid account?

Unfortunately, card form themes cannot be shared between accounts, the only way would be to clone the original form and work on it.
