    so i searched around your forum and found that you have to possibly change the http://form. to http://www.

    however... i did that the form didnt even load.

    so then I changed it back to the http://form. and IT WENT BACK TO AN OLD FORM I ALREADY DELETED! WTF?

    Hi there,

    We apologize for the inconveniences.

    I would suggest that you use the iFrame code for your form in order to avoid script conflicts in your page.

    Here is the code:

    <iframe allowtransparency="true" src="//www.jotform.com/form/23255805245250" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:1283px; border:none;" scrolling="no">

    </iframe>

    Simply, replace the <script> code that you currenlty have with the above code and it should work.

    Let us know if you need further assistance, we'll be glad to help!
