    Why doesn't the form update once it's embedded in my website.

    so frustrated with this form right now.

    so my issue is that when i need to make a change to the form after its already live on my website. it wont update.

    so i searched around your forum and found that you have to possibly change the http://form. to http://www.

    however... i did that the form didnt even load.

    so then I changed it back to the http://form. and IT WENT BACK TO AN OLD FORM I ALREADY DELETED! WTF?

    plz help.

    sorry i wasnt logged in when i replied back.

     

    im trying to make some of my fields required. in the form builder. they are required...however in my live version they arent.

    Hi there, 

    We apologize for the inconveniences.

    I would suggest that you use the iFrame code for your form in order to avoid script conflicts in your page.

    Here is the code:

    <iframe allowtransparency="true" src="//www.jotform.com/form/23255805245250" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:1283px; border:none;" scrolling="no">

    </iframe>

    Simply, replace the <script> code that you currenlty have with the above code and it should work.

    but i went to the iframe source got and got the code myself. seems to be working properly now.
