How to stop receipts from Stripe

    Having an issue where no matter how I configure my donation forms, Stripe sends a payment receipt to the customer. We want to send the receipts manually through Jotform.

    I've tried all of the configurations I can think of, including everything mentioned on this issue: https://www.jotform.com/answers/2029124-how-to-turn-off-the-stripe-automated-receipt-email

    However, the receipts continue to be sent due to the "receipt_email" parameter always being filled.

    Any help is appreciated!

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry you're having issues with your form. Can you please try navigating to Stripe Dashboard and make sure the Email finalized invoices to customers option is turned off:
