Masked Input Widget: Why is a dot added between the amount and sufix?

However, despite leaving the widget's decimal separator blank. I still see a decimal between the number and the percent sign. Any thoughts?

I have been testing the widget and I can see what you're reporting, that's not actually a decimal separator, but instead it seems to be a dot added by default to separate the amount and the sufix. 

I will pass this to our second level in order to see if this can be changed, we will keep you updated via this thread.
