PDF template:have a unique PDF template on each autoresponder created

I have a form set up with 4 AutoResponders configured (but two are duplicates sent to different recipients). The email body of each of the 3 unique templates contains some form responses, but excludes others. I want a PDF attached to each that is just supposed to include that same data.

Maybe I'm missing something, but it seems like editing the PDF template in one AutoResponder also changes the template in the other AutoResponders - as if there can only be 1 PDF template per form.

Is this the case? Is there a workaround?

Yes you are right, you can only use 1 PDF template  or format that you designed  in the PDF Designer.

That format would be used in the attached PDF in email notifications or autoresponders and when you are downloading submissions as PDF in the submission area.

Unfortunately, there is no possible work around on this.

    Hope this information helps.

Please let us know if you have further questions.

    Thank you.

    Hi Richie,

Might this be possible with a third party integration? There's no service that comes to mind immediately that would generate and email a PDF based on form data, but it's the only thing I can think of at the moment. Thoughts?

    Thanks.

I'm not sure regarding any third party Integration that creates different templates for each autoresponder. I have not found any that would accomplish what you wanted. However, if you would like, we can escalate a feature request to our back-end. Just give us more information on how do you want your multiple pdf templates to work.

However, we cannot guarantee that the feature would be implemented right away as it would be evaluated first.

    Thank you.

Theoretically I'd set up all the logic in the third party integration - JotForm would send the raw data and the platform would generate the PDFs and emails based on my requirements. I'd disable the JotForm autoresponders at that point.

A feature request would be very helpful - I understand it may take time but as you can see it's limiting the functionality of my form.

The multiple templates would work like this: the 'PDF Editor' link under the Advanced tab of any autoresponder or notification template creates a PDF template that is unique to that autoresponder or notification - editing one autoresponder's PDF will not affect the PDF templates under any other autoresponder.

I'm imagining there'd also be a popup/selector when saving a PDF template which provides the option to apply your changes to all other autoresponders, or just the current one.

Let me know if that helps.

Thank you for the added information. I have escalated a feature request to our back-end.

We will let you know via this thread if updates are available.

    Thank you.

    Hi,

The new JotForm PDF Editor allows you create multiple PDF documents for each of your forms and attach them to AutoResponder and Notification emails.

Step1: Create your PDF document(s) for your form.

Step2: Enable PDF Attachment option in your email settings and select which PDF document(s) you want to attach to your emails.
