How to hide a selected option from a previous submission?

Hi Jotform Gurus,

I'm planning to use Jotform to do collection of Jersey purchase. As each user only can choose 1 number ranging 1 to 99 hence I would like to know how to achieve this using jotform?

Scenario

User A made a selection of number 99 and submitted the form. The next user can't see number 99 from the available numbers.

Is there any method or widget can achieve as per above?

Hi Jeff,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. For your requirement, you can use the Gift Registry widget. You can add 1 available stock for each number, so when chosen, it will be greyed out and can no longer be chosen. Let me walk you through it:

1. Add the Gift Registry widget.

2. List the items based on your requirement.

3. Once chosen, it will be greyed out for the next user.
