    Hi,

I am currently having a website built for me and will be done very soon I am preparing and here are my questions:

Here is the link from your site to the form I created called "EPS" https://form.jotform.com/81653122884156

I chose one of your payment templates and I want to use it for credit card and or paypal purposes.

My problem is when I go to the platorms 3rd party publish options features and try to choose "paypal" I am told that I already chose

"authorize.net" but I never chose them it was chosen for me and now I am not able to change it to paypal. Can you tell me how to undo this?

I want it when someone goes to my site they will be able to use credit card or paypal and I want my paypal.me link to be connected to jotform.

Can you confirm if I set up under "emails" the notification and auto responder correctly?

I want the notification to be sent to my gmail email when someone makes a purchase.

and I want a pre written which I saved on your site email to go out automatically when they make a purchase to the email they provide on the form link I sent you.

And lastly can you tell me how to add all of this to my site which is being made for me by someone else? This I have no clue how to do, thanks for all your help.

    Zachary Rosenberg

To delete the existing payment integration in your form you need to edit it in our form builder and simply select the payment field, this is where your products are displayed on, once you do it you only need to click on the trash button, this will also delete the products.

    Example:

Now, as you already noticed, you cannot have more than one payment integration on your form, so you would have either PayPal or an integration that allows payments through credit cards, please kindly avoid to ask for the credit card information through plain text fields since it goes against our terms and your account can be suspended due to that even if your form has not been built for phishing purposes.

You will find our available payment integrations here: https://www.jotform.com/help/323-Mastering-Payment-Form-Integrations-with-JotForm

Now, there are some payment gateways that will allow you to capture the payment authorization only without charging your customer, you will find more details on this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/292-How-to-Enable-Payment-Authorization

Also, we do recommend to ask one question per thread, this helps to assist you better since we can focus in a single question instead of having a mix of questions and replies in a single thread, in order to avoid confusion and assist you better I have moved your other questions to another threads, please find them here:
