Did not received notification form

    My customer complaint few times that they not able to see the complete form and the submit button is missing. BUT from admin FB page view, it looks fine.

    PLUS We did not received the notification form since October and we have miss out the order. How can this be fix. Thank you.

    Is there anyway you could try a test sending your notifications to an email address other than a Hotmail one? 

    Hotmail can be very picky about what they view as spam.
