Thank You Page not showing

Hi, the thank you page on our 'Moving Out' form is not showing even though it is set to show? A copy of the form is supposed to go to the user as well and this is not happening. Thanks.

Regarding Autoresponder, the issue is that it is set to be sent to mobile number:

That's why it is not sending, you have to have it sent to Email.
