Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. It seems that the feature you are requesting is related to sub-account. This feature is available in Enterprise plan. You may have to contact Enterprise team and submit a ticket. Here's a guide how to create a ticket for Enterprise:

1. Login to your account and click the Support link on the top-right side of the page next to your avatar.

2. Click on the Submit a Request button on the top-right side of the page.

3. Fill in the details of your request, making sure to add form links, screenshots, and images that will help the Enterprise Support Team address your concerns effectively. When you’re done, click the Submit Request button.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account and aren't able to find the form(s) that are shared with you. You will need to log in to the account that owns the form and remove the user as the assignee of the form. Let me show you how:

1. In your Form Builder, click on the Publish tab.
2. Go to Assign Form.
3. Click Assigned to.
4. A pop-up will appear, click the checkbox and select Revoke. Or click the Three dots menu icon and select Revoke User.

Follow the guide below to add an assignee to the form:

1. In your Form Builder, click on the Publish tab.
2. Go to Assign Form.
3. Write the email address under Invite by email.
4. Click on the Send Invitation button.

You will need to revoke the access from the form itself, as was shown by my colleague above. Example is on your Employee Write Up Form:

• On the orange navigation toolbar, go to the Publish tab.
• You will see the users you granted access on the Invited By Email.
• Click on the added users and then click the vertical ellipses.
• You will see the option Revoke User that if you click, the access will be revoked.
