I get an error message when attempting to print

    Good morning,

    I can’t print anything. I get an error message about PDF.

    Jotform will no longer open on my Apple IPhone 14 Pro Max.

    I can’t open any of the support questions/replies on the Jotform site.

    Those are my immediate issues :)

    I would also like to add an auto responder and can’t find any information on how to do it. If you could just direct me to the right location I’m sure I can figure it out.

    Hi Michele,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you take a screenshot of the error and send it to us? This guide will show you how to do that.

    As for the Jotform App, we had a temporary issue, but our developers have already resolved the issue few days ago. Can you try updating the App to the newest version and let us know what happens?

    As for the Autoresponder email, I moved that to a new thread and helped you with that here.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.
