Why are my submissions deleted?

    I went to look at previous years registrations for an event, and noticed that they all had 0 submissions saved. Upon further investigation, a large volume of historical data was lost.

    Did I miss something here at JotForm?

    This is probably the deal breaker for me.

    Apologies for the inconveniences this may have caused to you. 

    I have re-calculated your submissions and the counter should have been increased now, you have more than 4,000 submissions in total now. 

    Please kindly check and let us know if the issue persists.

    Awesome. Thank you Kevin.  I realized that a billing issue probably caused a downgrade to the free plan with 500 saved submissions and older ones were purged.  I am extremely grateful that the historical data could be restored!

    Yes, that's most likely the reason why the oldest submissions were deleted, anyhow, it's been corrected now.
