I'm a long time user (and fully paid for) jotform user. I'm currently trying to edit some forms - it was flaky earlier....and I now can't even log in!!!
When Can I expect Jotform to be back-up and fully working?
Really frustrating.....Jotform NEEDS to be a RELIABLE system due to the nature of what it provides..

We do apologize for any frustration that you've experienced or if there any inconveniences happen with regards to this matter. As of this time, our server are working fine nor if there is, we will resolved it right away.
Talking of you can't login, does it give you an error?
- If it says the password is incorrect, you can use our Forgot Password option to reset your password.
- Your IP is fine, your account is also fine.
I would suggest to please try clearing your browsers cache and cookies, login again and see if you still can't login. http://www.jotform.com/login
