When I follow the edit link in the autoresponder email, I am shown my submitted form with most of the fields exactly as I entered them initially. However, the prefix of the name field (I used the built-in multi part name field when I built the form) is left blank. THus when I re-submit, the prefix is lost.
There is also the issue of the email only showing up in the email field, but not the email confirmation field. The user would need to re-enter their email.
Lastly, there seems to be a problem sending emails. My account's email address is automatically placed on the notification email. Whie setting it up, I clicked the test option, and saw the pop-up that indicated that the email was sent to my default email address. However, no email was received. Same thing happend when I clicked on the test button when setting up my autoresponder. When I did an actual test submission, no emails were actually sent to my primary email address (the account's email), which was properly placed in both the notification & autoresponder setup. The second recipient of the notification email, as well as the submitter DID receive their respective emails, however our primary email account did not receive the notification email. There is nothing in the spam folder of the email account. I also sent a test email to that account to make sure the problem was not on that end. THe email account is a gmail.com account.

Thank you for reporting this to us, Arto.
Regarding your email problem, it seems that your email was found in our bounce list for the following reason:Reason(s) : MassEmailer failed
I have removed your email from the bounce list, so you should be able to receive notifications again on your gmail address.
For your concern on the edit link for prefix, I have forwarded this matter to our development team. We'll let you know as soon as we have updates on this matter.
Thank you for your patience.

Thanks for the quick response!
However, is there a delay in your removal of my email account from the bounce list taking effect. I just re-tried the test buttons on the 2 email types, and still nothing. I did, however, receive an email notifying me that you had posted a response to my support request.
Also, you did not mention the problem of the email confirmation field not being pre-loaded when you edit a submission (sae problem as the name prefix).

Hello Arto. I did state that I have forwarded the matter regarding the edit link (email confirmation) to the development team.
Regarding your email problem, I have again removed the email from our bounce list. Can you see to it that there are no email alerts from JotForm that landed on your junk mail folder? Thanks.

I checked my spam folder in gmail, and the only thing in there is the notification about your second response in this thread. Your first response went directly to the inbox. I told Gmail that your second email on this thread was not spam.
But still nothing from the form..

Hello Arto. I just made a test actual submission using my form with your gmail as the receiving email address. Can you check if it landed there?

As you've noticed, there were issues in email and fullname fields in edit mode. We've fixed them recently and all should work right by now. For further issues, just notify us through this thread. Thank you for helping us to build a better product.

Your test was received this time. I also did a test from the email notification & autoresponder, and I received the emails within seconds. Thanks!
I also see that the dev team has already corrected the issues with edit mode. Also, Thanks.
Truely an great team over there with an amazing level of customer support!

I just noticed another problem when editing a submission via the submissions screen (as an administrator). When I try to blank out the prefix of a name (I am using the built in name field with prefix, first name, last name), the old value doesn't seem to get fully removed from the field. If I edit the same record again, it is still there. If I download the submissions in excel or csv format, it is still there. However, the summary grid at the bottom of the submissions page doesn't show the retained value, which is good, even after I do a refresh using the option at the bottom of the grid. I even got out of the submission screen, and went back in, but the same thing is happening. Note that the export to PDF also show the name with the prefix blanked out.
If you look at the record that was submitted on 2013-01-06 20:44 (with submission ID ending in 66408) in the grid at the bottom, and when selected, in the view at the top, and if you export to PDF, there is NO prefix. However, if you click edit, or you export to excel, or csv, you will see a prefix of 'a'.

If in case you will wonder who else doing something on your form submissions page, it is me who tries to replicate/see the issue and possibly solved it for your convenience.

It seems that I am able to see the issue from my end using my test form. Our developer Ozan is already notified about this since he is on this thread.

My suggestion would be to use single space instead of removing the entire value. This might help for now. Hopefully, an actual fix will follow sooner.
Thanks for reporting.

I guess I have no choice for now. Will wait to hear back that it has been fixed. Thanks.
