I am having issues getting the Spreadsheet to Form widget to work on IE or Mozilla

I have built a form that relies heavily on the Spreadsheet to Form widget.  I have built the form in Chrome and have had no issues of any kind that i know of.  I sent the link to a colleague who opened the form in IE, when they entered an access code the information never loaded for them.  We tried several times and also went to Mozilla but no luck.  They were able to get it to work fine in Chrome as well though.  I was chatting with support who had me try to remove the $ from a field, that did not seem to affect it.  Any help would be much appreciated since the majority of our users that would access the form are likely to use IE by default.

We have a fairly strict IT policy so i do not have easy access to Dropbox or Drive so your team can access the spreadsheet.  I would be happy to email it to someone though as it is just a small test sheet.  chad.johnson@roiscs.com

Can you share a code we can try? If you want to email the spreadsheet, please sent it to support@jotform.com, also make sure to refer to this thread: https://www.jotform.com/answers/1503605
