    Not all conditions are working

Asked by OTMPortland on February 25, 2011 at 12:56 PM

I have a field in my form(Who Are You) that has a condition that when clicked a field opens up to fill in. 5 of the 6 check boxes have this condition set and only one of the 5 is working correctly (Fabricator). I double checked everything and not sure why it is not working.

Also in IE-7 my form does not display corectly. It does not show the columns.

I checked your form and noticed the problem about conditions and ie7 compatibility you have mentioned. This will be forwarded to our development team and you will get an update post about further progress. As far as I noticed only the last condition in the saved conditions list is active. As a temporary solution, you may make company name area visible all the time and hide it if "Who You Are" question is marked as "End User".

Thank you for the quick fix.

I look forward to a possible answer in the future about the IE7 compatibility.

About your IE7 compability issue, After I tried to increase the width of your form to 450, your "Project Type" and "Who You Are" form areas have been displayed in 2 columns as you desired. I have drew back my change on your forms so you can change them as your wish.
